An exciting week at STARTUP AUTOBAHN – our June Focus Week on Supply Chain & Sustainability!

 

What a Focus Week it was!Last week we had some very exciting days at STARTUP AUTOBAHN with focus on Supply Chain & Sustainability hosted by HPE / DXC. We had planned various activities for our startups, our corporate partners and the whole STARTUP AUTOBAHN community – to do business and also to have some fun. Here some insights in what happened in our co-working space, at the offices of HPE and DXC, and in the event space.

On Thursday at Startup Autobahn Meetup on Supply Chain & Sustainability hosted by Hewlett Packard Enterprise/DXC Technology the event space was packed with 170 attendees – corporations, startups, investors, mentors, university and government representatives. After Sascha Karimpour, Managing Director of Plug and Play Germany and Bernd Gill Head of Digital Service Innovation at DXC welcomed the guests Heiko Meyer, Managing Director HPE GmbH and Christian Dyck from kloeckner.i gave a keynote. Then we moved to impressive startup pitches.

 

 

Besides our corporate and ecosystem partners (Daimler, HPE, Porsche, BASF, ZF, DPDHL, Murata) representatives of Lidl, Bosch, Mahle,Sony, Deutsche Bahn, Lufthansa, Kühne + Nagel, Siemens, HELLA Ventures, Mitsubishi, Sanmina, OP Financial Group etc. got together to listen to some of the potential startups of Program #3. Those were:

Thursday morning was about Mentoring.Our first session on agenda was a Workshop on Leadership, Strategy and Communication by Klaus Haasis(innovation coach, startup mentor, business angel). Then our startups had one-on-one coaching sessions with Alexander Kerpe(Director Hella Ventures),Hans-Hendrik Puvogel(COO Parkopedia) and Sonja Heikkilä(Program Diretor OP Financial Group).
